Refund Policy and Money-Back Guarantee.

We designed our return policy to be fair and easy to understand so you can confidently use your property. Before you can get your money back, the following conditions must be met :
• Before first perception management: If you request a refund before submitting your first design idea, you can receive a full refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
• Within 48 Hours of Delivery: If you request a refund within 48 hours of receiving your design, you will receive a full refund, less a 10% service and processing fee. That's a 66% return.
• Within 48-120 Hours of Delivery: Refund requests can be made within 48-120 hours of the initial artwork being published for a 33% refund, less a 10% handling and service fee.
• Beyond 120 Hours: Refunds will not be issued after 120 hours of anticipated artwork delivery. However, Dekodix always strives to ensure your satisfaction, so you can ask any questions.

• No refunds will be issued after final file delivery.
• All refunds are void once the initial website design has been approved.
• Video animation packages are non-refundable once storyboards are complete.
• All refund requests must be submitted to our support department and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, mainly where violations of our User Agreement are involved. Custom packages follow the same refund policy as standard packages.
